Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your luggage must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging. All zippers, wheels, handles, and compartments must be intact and free from damage.
Returns are not accepted for:
- Items that have been used or show signs of wear
- Items returned without original packaging
- Customized or limited-edition luggage
- Products marked as final sale or clearance
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Cancellation Policy
- Customized or Special Orders: Once production or dispatch has started, cancellations are no longer accepted.
- Standard Products: Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If the return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within a few working days.
Partial Refunds May Apply To:
- Luggage not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company — posting may take time
- Contact your bank — some processing delays may occur

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Unfortunately, sale items or promotional items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace luggage if it is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Shipping Returns
To return your product, please ship it to the address above.
- You will be responsible for your own return shipping costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- If a refund is granted, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund
For more expensive luggage, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item if no tracking is used.
